I am a spiritual coach and intuitive healer that loves to hold sacred + space for Black womxn. For most of my life I've lived giving from an empty cup but in 2019, I was forced to sit down and take a hard look at how I was living my life. I was invited to ask myself how long I planned to continue living out of alignment. At the time, I didn't even know what living an "aligned life" meant, but over the course of 2.5 years I discovered that a life of alignment means liberation of the mind, body and soul. That is why my brand focuses on helping my clients to build a life liberation through intentional evolution and holistic healing.

As I've learned how to show up and advocate for myself and my needs, I've made it my business to teach other Black womxn the same. My motto is to be the leader I wish I had. I aspire to help empower 1 million millennial Black womxn worldwide to love themselves fully and out loud in order to live liberated by 2030. I know that when we truly love ourselves, we can face any obstacle with certainty that it will all align for our highest and best good.
